Zin in een échte Belgische wafel? De Presto 3500 Black 03500 bakt in een handomdraai een extra dikke wafel van 10,2 cm die heerlijk pluizig is van binnen. Dankzij de hoogwaardige anti-aanbaklaag haal je je wafel er moeiteloos uit – geen geklieder, geen plakken.

Of je nu gaat voor klassiek met boter en siroop, vers fruit en slagroom, of creatief met hartige toppings zoals roerei, ham of zelfs taco's met kip: dit wafelijzer kan het allemaal aan. Je hoeft geen speciaal deeg te maken, want zowel kant-en-klare mixen als je eigen recept werken perfect. Recepten voor traditionele wafels worden meegeleverd, dus je kunt meteen aan de slag.

De bediening is simpel: giet je beslag erin, sluit het deksel en wacht op magie. Schoonmaken is een fluitje van een cent, zolang je het gebruik van antiaanbaksprays en overmatige olie vermijdt. Zo blijft het oppervlak in topconditie.

Muy bueno! Es cierto que la tapa no cierra completamente, pero es para dejar salir el vapor de cocción, y por si le pones mezcla de más para que no se apelmace por dentro. La forma de los waffles es divertida y te permite rellenarlos de muchas cosas, los he usado para desayunar rellenos con huevo a la mexicana, como postre con fruta y con helado. Me encanta, y el precio es muy económico comparado con otras páginas web que lo tienen en venta (en tienda física nunca lo he visto). Lo recomiendo al 100%

Like a standard waffle maker, the Presto Super Waffle Bowl features heated top and bottom sections that are connected by a hinge. But, it also boasts a unique concave shape that allows you to create thick and fluffy four-inch ‘bowls,’ which can be filled with just about anything, including eggs, bacon, syrup and butter, ice cream, or fruit.
According to the website, all you have to do is allow the machine to preheat, pour in the batter of your choice (no special batter required), close the lid, and then allow it to bake. Then, when the time comes, its nonstick grids help ensure everything’s easy to remove.
If you’re not in the mood for waffles, the Presto Bowl also works with a variety of other foods and ingredients, such as brownie batter, cinnamon roll dough, pizza dough, rice, and bacon—you can even make quesadillas.
You have to admit that this concept seems appealing, and if it works exactly as described, that the device could live up to its promises of being easy to use, while making breakfast and other meals more exciting.
A Quick Note About Presto Super Waffle Bowl’s Manufacturer
In business for more than three decades, Telebrands is far and away the largest As Seen on TV company in the industry, with hundreds of products to their name. Recent examples include California Charcoal, Pocket Hose Brass Bullet, Atomic Beam Glove, and Red Copper Pan.
Telebrands held a D+ Better Business Bureau rating, based on more than 320 closed customer complaints, as of 2/16/18. Although a company rep responded with a resolution in each instance, common complaints appeared to revolve around lower product quality than expected, as well as less-than-stellar support experiences.
My Bottom Line About the Presto Super Waffle Bowl
The Presto Super waffle maker comes to us from a company with decades in business, who offers free S&H and who stands behind the product with a 30-day refund policy (although you’ll be responsible for return shipping charges if you’re dissatisfied with its performance). So, it seems you might not have much to lose by giving the product a try.
On top of this, the identical 03500 model seemed to come with almost wholly positive online customer feedback, which could be a good indication you’ll experience much of the same if you choose to hand over your hard-earned money.
However, based on what we learned while browsing online marketplaces like Google Shopping, Amazon, and Walmart.com during our research, it appears Telebrands (or more specifically, their Bulbhead division) sells the exact same product at exactly half the price.
Even if you wanted to go directly through Presto, their branded version was available for just a few bucks more. So, if the price is your number one factor when purchasing, either of these might represent solid options.
But if you’re looking for the lowest cost option possible (although certainly much more labor-intensive than using a device like Presto), you can cook seven-inch batter circles in the oven for four to five minutes, remove, drape them over an inverted cup, and allow to cool before filling with the food of your choice and enjoying.

It takes once or twice to get the waffle mix and volume just right so you get that “perfect bowl”, but once you have it, it’s golden, crispy and delicious. Takes about 5 minutes per bowl, so if you’re looking to serve a family of 4 all at the same time, I recommend getting a second. That way, you can fill the bowls of the first 2 with fruit or whatever filling you want (I like making a parfait with greek yogurt in them), while you’re cooking the next 2. The price point is right and the size is good for storage under the counter or in a cabinet.
